Prerequisites: Forge Ring, meld into stone.

Source: Dungeon Master’s Guide (version 3.5), page 231. This ring is not actually detailed on page 231, and in fact does not exist in the DMG or any other D&D book of the version 3.5 era. Its existence is implied by the reference to it in the description of the ring of elemental command (earth) description on that page. Meld into stone is the same level and duration as the water walking spell used in the ring of water walking, so this ring is basically that ring with the spell and type of stone changed.
