Sails of Displacement

Sails of displacement are crafted of a misty gray-blue canvaslike material, the edges of which seem to be slightly blurred in the sea breeze. This grants a 20% miss chance to ship-to-ship attacks against the ship fitted with them, functioning continually.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, displacement.

Cost to Create: 60,000 gp, 4,800 XP, 120 days.

Source: Stormwrack, page 134. Adjusted the aura to match the caster level. These were originally titled “minor sails of displacement”, but since there seems to be no other type of such sails and the descriptive text simply called them “sails of displacement”, the stray adjective has been deleted. (It was a minor thing anyway. 😏)
