This cloak appears old and slightly worn. It is normally of dark brown hue, though some in shades of black, blue, and gray exist. It always feels comfortable to touch, regardless of the ambient temperature.
These garments offer magic protection in the form of a +1 to +5 resistance bonus on all saving throws (Fortitude, Reflex, and Will). Additionally, you and all allies within 30 feet of you are protected by a constant endure elements effect.
