Misty tendrils snake from nowhere to wrap themselves around your opponent, dragging him inexorably into ethereal captivity.
You can force another creature and its equipment onto the Ethereal Plane. Until the duration expires, the creature is stuck on the Ethereal Plane unless it has another way of leaving. You can also use this power while on the Ethereal Plane to pull a creature to you from the Material Plane. For all other purposes, this power functions like psionic ethereal jaunt.
