Source: Draconomicon, page 79. Assigned the Polymorph subschool to the spell. Despite the name of the spell, the spell’s descriptive text does not limit you to shapeshifting into draconic species. It probably refers to dragons not wanting to change into strictly average forms. Be advised that as this is the only spell from Draconomicon that was not imported into Spell Compendium, it may be that the spell was renamed or abandoned.
